Mortician License Idaho
If you want to become a mortician in Idaho you will need to obtain a license before you can start your new job.
In this state, mortician licenses are applied for and received through the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licensing. To qualify for a license you must have attended two years of college and have graduated from mortuary school. You must have earned at least 60 credit hours of classes and do an apprenticeship for one year either before or after you graduate.
To continue holding your Idaho mortician license you must participate in eight hours of continuing education per year.
